Installer
As a Commercial Furniture Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality furniture installation services for our business. Our installer position includes the transport, offload, and installation of commercial furniture products. In this role you will operate as a professional installer within a variety of work spaces. Experience is not required for this role, however those who have a natural aptitude or skill for understanding, working with, and fixing mechanical systems are preferred. This role will include the use of basic power tools, as well as require learning how to interpret floor plans and installation workbooks. Applicants who are detail-oriented, passionate about their work, and enjoy working in teams are encouraged to apply.
Lead Installer
In addition to the responsibilities of a general installer, lead Installers are responsible for both the preparation and management of installations. This includes, but is not limited to, documentation handling, communication with clients, field personnel management, workflow management, conflict resolution, and company standard compliance. The ideal candidate will be a leader, strong communicator, solution oriented, and organized with the ability to make decisions which represent the best interest of the company.

Direct hire for this role requires industry experience, however those with general management experience are encouraged to inquire about our fast track program.
